At Tao Select, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our international warehouses.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-20 business days to most destinations (including USA, Canada, and Australia).
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Currently, free shipping is available for orders from the United States.
- Other countries temporarily implement standard postal charges.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
- For orders under $50 USD, Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Tao Select is not liable for any additional fees or delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes or certain restricted countries. If your address is ineligible, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Delays and Issues While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Tao Select is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
